The Massage Project started as a nod to my roots in bodywork—

but, like most meaningful work, it’s evolved.

I'm no longer in the treatment room, but I’m still deep in the work: teaching, mentoring, and leading in education.

This space is where I share side projects, unfinished thoughts, and honest lessons about growth, doubt, and the transition from practitioner to educator.

It’s also a place for the massage therapists I coach—those building their own projects, stepping into new roles, and figuring out who they are beyond the table.

I want to paint a picture for you.

Imagine yourself having 100% satisfaction in your life and your massage therapy career.  You are no longer seeking approval from friends and asking yourself, “Is this ok?  Is this good enough?”  You are boldly sharing who you are, what you do, and who you serve as a massage therapist.

If there is a place where your ideal clients are, you find them and talk to them.  You are bold and confident enough to talk about your business.

If there is a workshop you want to take, you sign up for it.  You don’t need to ask for permission.  You trust your intuition.

If there are some therapists or holistic practitioners you want to work with, you contact them and tell them.  You have stepped into your most authentic self.

If you want to teach, you become a continuing education provider.  If you want to teach massage therapy, you take steps in that direction.

If you are feeling like you need to rest and refresh because you have been working so hard, you schedule some time off.  Maybe you take a trip, maybe you have a spa day, maybe you stay home.  You know what you want.  You get to choose.

How does this sound?  All of this is possible.  If you can’t do this alone (I couldn’t), then it is time for you to invest in yourself and get some support.

Once you make that decision to GROW….once you make the decision to invest in doing the personal WORK on yourself with a coach, the magic starts.  At that moment.  In your mind, it is already happening.
